Sharon Jackson

Sharon Jackson joined the practice in 2002 as administration support. She was capable, well organised and approachable with the team and the public. She worked with us for 12 years when she was offered an opportunity to be involved in the development  of the Beacon Hospital Healthcheck Programme. Working in a hospital setting took Sharon out of her comfort zone and she excelled in learning new skills and systems of administration. This also enhanced effective communication skills with vendor liaisons and suppliers, along with ensuring confidence in providing high level of administration supports with managers and executives.

With these new skills, Sharon returned to our practice in 2017 as our Practice Manager and has blossomed in the role. She is enjoying the challenge of managing a big team of colleagues to ensure the patients that attend our practice are happy with the service we provide.

Sharon is a local from Greystones, and has watched the village grow and develop over the years. On her time off she enjoys walking, yoga and playing badminton. She enjoys travel and values time catching up with friends and family.
