Sharon Brennan
Registered Nurse Prescriber
Sharon qualified as a Registered General Nurse in 1998 with a Higher Diploma in Health Care Studies, with Nurse Registration, from the Thames Valley University in the UK. In 2002, she joined St. Vincent’s Hospital Emergency Department as staff nurse and went on to complete her Graduate Diploma in Emergency Nursing and BSc in Nurse Management. During her time in St Vincent’s Hospital, Sharon was promoted to Clinical Nurse Manager and from there to an Educational Role as a Clinical Facilitator.

Sharon spent some time working in the Beacon Hospital Emergency Department before joining the Greystones Harbour Family Practice as a GPN back in 2016, and she fast became an indispensable member of the clinical team.

Sharon has a qualification as a Nurse Prescriber with a keen interest in Weight Loss Management and Acute Illnesses, when she is not busy studying, she enjoys hillwalking and spending quality time with family and friends.
